Please read the T&Cs carefully and clearly before ordering as we hope that there'll not be any unpleasant situations.
[1] Both meet-ups(CASH-ON-DELIVERY/BANK TRANSFER) and postage(BANK TRANSFER ONLY) are available.
[2] Meet-ups are available at town area, bugis, bukit gombak. Other meet-up places are available only to our discretion.
[3] We will not be responsible for any lost mails except for registered ones.
[4] Normal postage: $1/pc, Registered postage: $2.50/pc. If there is any extra charge for postage, you will be informed beforehand.
[5] No refunds and exchanges.
[6] All items are brand new unless otherwise stated.
[7] Honesty is the policy of LDUS.
[8] Kindly email all orders and feedback(after purchase) to: ledressupstudio@hotmail.com and we'll get back to you within 24hrs.
[9] Kindly make all payments within 48hrs after you received your confirmation of order from us for those who chose BANK TRANSFER.
[10] For bank transfers, please attach a photograph of your receipt and email back to us.
[11] Item will be sold to next buyer if no payment is received after 48hrs.
[12] Only serious buyers allowed.
[13] If you've got a particular kind of design of tops/dresses/skirts/bottoms that you're looking for but it is not in our collection, please email us your requests and we'll be most glad to look for it for you! (:
